호텔 벨 아미 하노이

L'hotel est tres beau, quand je suis rentrée dans la chambre j'ai dit wuahhh, trop beau!!! La salle de bain est vitrée et on voit tout mais on peut descendre un rideau pour etre discret et ca donne un charme fou à la chambre. Tres bien decorée et propre pour un hotel en Asie. Le staff est absolument gentil, souriant et serviable. Si je repasse par Hanoi les prochains jours je reviens ici certainement! Il est tres bien situé. Vraiment top je le recommande.

+: Good and new room condition, wood flooring, and relatively spacious, enthusiastic staff -: City view room is noisy due to facing a main street, no room door sign, only that one and only receptionist able to communicate in English P/s: This should be rated as 1 star instead of 3 stars hotel. And, if the receptionist decided or being instructed to retain the guest's passport upon check in, THEY MUST REMEMBER to return it during check out! Rather than expecting the guest would remember to ask for it, after a 4 nights stay, woke up at 7am rushing to the airport and realized that the passport is not in his travel pouch! A $400 lesson.

The rooms are not as they show on the website, not clean enough and the service is very poor as well.

Nice clean room, fast wifi

I will just put it pointwise: 1. Rooms which are supposed to be outdoor view have no windows 2. Room sizes are way smaller that what is mentioned 3. Pictures are of when the hotel was first opened. Now they are totally worn-out. No maintenence done 4. Kettles are provided in the rooms but supposedly, according to the staff, YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BRING YOUR OWN COFFEE, TEA AND SUGAR! 5. Rooms on the seventh floor and above cannot be accessed bt the lift. You will have to get off the lift on the sixth floor and walk the rest of the way. 6. Agoda customer service, as usual, was of no help. I asked to look into the above matter and the response I got was that of a change in room. But if all the rooms are smaller, older, windowless and worse than what you are expecting, what is the point in that. All I could do is ask for a partial refund, but the customer service agent denied. Please dont judge this book by its cover. Please dont book
