Stayed here with my wife as a Christmas/birthday getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The house/property is beautiful and our room was very comfortable and cozy. The wood burning fire place was put to great use! The breakfasts were excellent. We chose to eat dinner one night and wished we'd done it at least once more. Chef Karen knows her stuff and made outstanding meals. Johnny served us every meal and was full of fun jokes and good service. The property is quiet and has wonderful views of the Smokies. We hiked a trail on property and were joined guest with the local cat Bluebell making the trek with us to the peak and back. Took a chance on this place and really happy we did. Highly recommended!

We will definitely be back. Beautiful property and excellent staff. Room was very spacious and the wood burning fireplace was definitely a plus.

Our booking reservation showed a king bed. When we checked in we had found that it was a queen bed and not a comfortable queen bed at that. We also found that there was no satellite for TV to watch in the room but we were given the option to watch a DVD. Room was slightly eclectic with an odd layout it was clean in addition to the premises being clean and maintained and the staff was pleasant.
