Hotel 191 - Moab

I travel often as a tour guide and this was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. Location: Rooms are just steps away from the main road, extremely noisy and felt unsafe. I was woken up at 4 a.m. by traffic and couldn’t sleep again. Cleanliness: The room was dirty, with hair on the floor and the bathtub. The shower curtain smelled terrible, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Service: There is no real front desk. Check-in was a hassle, staff showed up 20 minutes late. When I asked for earplugs (which the manager had promised), the staff suddenly yelled at me, and later the manager also shouted over the phone accusing me of being rude—though I never used any aggressive words or attitude. It was shocking and unprofessional. Overall: Noisy location, filthy room, and the most unprofessional service I’ve ever experienced. Definitely not worth the money.

Décevant, à éviter. À notre arrivée, aucune réception : juste une feuille scotchée à la porte indiquant d’appeler un numéro aux États-Unis si nous n’avions pas reçu de SMS — ce qui était notre cas. Heureusement que nous avions une carte SIM locale, sinon cela nous aurait coûté cher. Quelqu’un nous répond et nous envoie le code de la porte et du Wi-Fi. Le code d’entrée ne fonctionne qu’après plusieurs tentatives, et le Wi-Fi ne marche pas du tout. La chambre donne directement sur une route très passante : beaucoup de bruit jour et nuit, très difficile de se reposer. À l’intérieur : aucune lumière au plafond, ambiance sombre. Nous sommes restés deux nuits : la chambre n’a pas été faite entre les deux jours. Aucun service, aucun accueil, très peu de confort. Pour le prix, c’est vraiment insuffisant. Passez votre chemin.

In pictures on the website and your site it looked great. You don't see the entire property so somewhat misleading. The access code given by you did not work. Not only for me but another guest, who said he never received one. I tried several times and could not open the door. The other guest called the help and then we both got code for the lockbox to take the card out to open the room Time wasted over 30+ minutes after a long day. The wifi did not work in my room. I could only access it if I am closer to the front or outside my room in the parking lot. As soon as I enter the room it will not work. Could not find the network. I had a total of 10 calls back and forth. The next day they changed my room I had to do it early morning like 6 am to change the room. to get wifi access. Very inconvenient. They offered a 20% discount on only first day rental when I was promised it for the entire stay. You can not see a live person on the property, very inconvient. Signage is not lit up on one side and blocked by a tree on other side. Room was nice. Some family stays above the rooms so there is foot steps noise. Will not recommend the property to anyone. The other guest told me he stayed there twice before but never again. Before there was a front desk that you can go ask questions. When I reached there, the guest thought I am the manager for the property. He must have been waiting for a while. I hope they deliver on the 20% discount as promised.

The checkin procedure was very unique and confusing. Room numbers were small and hard to find. Theres a key box in case you want a key or a keypad. The numbers arent in numerical order. The room is decent.
