Chambre dans un état d'hygiène catastrophique, moquette, draps et serviettes sales. Cafards et moustiques dans la chambre. Petit dej médiocre. Services d'étage dépassé et peu reactif.

Strange experience- I had a little change in plan and communicated this upfront via email which was also confirmed via email by the hotel. Upon arrival I was told I have to pay the overall reservation no matter what. After refusing the hotel created a big mess, didn’t allow our car to leave and we had to leave our driver with the car there. Situation took a full day to resolve involving police etc. apart from this the room was not to the standard. Lamps and phone weren’t working, AC I didn’t check as it wasn’t necessary the time I was in DRC. At the breakfast they were unorganized and you had to ask for everything: including a bole, fork, knife, plate etc. one day I received a still wet towel which was dirty - obviously from another guest. This is impossible and should never happen! Stay away from this hotel! It is a clear no go.

Friendly and helpful staff. WiFi access is bad. My bed sheets were not changed daily.

Un mauvais séjour dans cet hôtel. Très mauvais service et personnel très arrogant. Ils donne un prix à l’arrivée et au départ ils demande un autre prix.
