The room was great. One big problem: the concierge did a hard sell on a hotel-related product that would have requiree me to spend time at an event. He wouldn't take "no" for an answer until I just had to cut off the conversation. That has never happened anywhere else. It left an unpleasant taste in my mouth.

Old Hotel, very small rooms including bathroom, no amenities offered such as coffee, for 750 a night could of found a much better option

Security stop me for proof to acces my rom, but not the girls in front of me. Then told me to not try to get off the building without any proof or!! Then accused me of been intoxicated, several times treating to me to punch me or cut me, told manager Ron Whitetaker several times until he finally took him off from his position, i will never return to this place

Everything stood out,first of all the iconic hotel with a magazine named after it, use to read it and still do to stay in the know. The room i chose was small, but cozy and a nice viee of some of the city and skyscrapers. Nice front desk staff, jjust have them to cover their motuhs when yawning in public in front of hundreds of people. Otherwise, super clean, super quiet and close to everything. It may ne my go to on my visits back home. Grazie.

The Key card kept getting disabled so we had to replace it multiple times. When trying to call the lobby, reception, and house keeping no one would answer so we had to go all the way downstairs from the 25th floor. I wasn’t happy with my stay at all
