Amazing location , just across from the beach. Beach towels and sun beds included in the booking. Modern hotel with all amenities, helpful staff and great service.

Beautiful views and location

Pros: modern bathrooms. Beautiful view (balcony). Nice breakfast - fresh fruits and vegetables. New towels daily. Friendly staff. Private beach. Simple sun beds. Placed on boulevard that is perfect for running / bike trips. Super market nearby. We had a problem with our window and asked for help in reception. When we came back after a day outside it was fixed. Absolutely stunning sunset. Cons: slow service at both lunch and breakfast. Only one coffee is included in breakfast (I have never come across this before). No service at beach (on our last day we were told we could order drinks etc. from staff at beach, but staff never came back to take any order). One bottle of water included each day, but they forgot to refill. No beach towels available (at least not that we were told of. We hand washed our own private towels every day…..) Lack of communication / problem: Last day we ordered taxi to the airport via reception. We discussed size and number of passengers and suitcases in detail. Still, a car too small showed up 17 minutes late the next day. On the website it says 24-hour reception for this hotel, but that is not the case. No one to be reached in person or by phone. Ended up driving two different cars to the airport, part of the trip with the back door open and suitcases sticking out. Taxi drivers arguing etc. Unclear and a bit careless communication at this point. A receptionist could have helped with communication. Too bad. All in all: Value for money

Das Hotel selber war ganz okay… Service war freundlich, aber etwas überfordert, hatte es den Anschein… Auf die Frage nach einem Latte Macchiato kam die Gegenfrage „Mit Milch?“ Einen Aschenbecher hätten sie wohl gehabt, aber wussten irgendwie nicht, was wir meinten (auf Englisch bestellt). Kein Parkplatz verfügbar ist sehr ungünstig- zugegeben, das stand im Beschrieb, aber dennoch ungünstig; in Vlora einen Parkplatz zu finden ist nicht einfach. Frühstück: Die Spiegeleier waren wirklich fürchterlich. Das Zimmer: Duschmittel war fast leer… Alles Punkte, die einzeln nicht schlimm sind, aber für ein „Boutique Hotel“ in dieser Preisklasse hätte ich etwas mehr erwartet… Die Lage ist dafür sehr gut!!
