The property was disgusting. The bed skirt looked like "male bodily fluids" were wiped up with it. The bed was sunken in the center. It didnt have a bed bug cover on it, just a pad on top. Our view of the river/bridge was a rusty box and the roof of the pool. The pool was cold, no towels are provided at the pool so you have to take the only towel in the room. The hot tub is empty and the garden fountains inside the pool area were also empty. The place is full of peeling paint, holes in the wall, cracks everywhere. The breakfast was non exist. A bowl of blueberries that we watched someone just grab a hand ful with their hands and leave, a loaf of bread and coffee. The kicker was when we came back from "breakfast" to pack our things to go find real food. A cockroach ran across the door from a hole that had been punched in at the top of the door. It ran across the floor and in a crack of the flooring by the bathroom door frame. The only poaitive was both women at the counter were very polite & the sheets smelled strongly like bleach I woud absolutley never return here. Room 219 was a king suite. Id definitely stay away.

Floors weren’t swept. Very outdated. Pool was big but hot tub was caution taped off. Very poor condition all around. No towels at pool. Had to leave to ask for some. Breakfast was gone an hour after it opened. I won’t stay here again.

Had to change room 3 times due to how absolutely filthy they were. Hallways and elevators smelled horrendous. Holes in wall, loud guests, very sketchy people all over. Dirt all over the floor in lobby. When we called to complain about hair (pubic looking) on our bed and said we didnt thibk the room was cleaned properly the lady at the front desk responded by "oh i believe it" meaning this not new for her to get these complaints

The room was dirty. There was no breakfast as advertised. The breakfast room was dirty. The front desk clerk was nice. Unfortunately I knew I could not get my money back. There were roaches. In the room. I travel often but this was the worse of the worse I have stayed.
