Convenient location, friendly staff, nice room.

You pay for a bed to keep you from the storms overhead. That would be this place to just lay your head down after you clean it yourself. It suffices for the night but is a good location. Would have really preferred to have a downstairs as my youngest is learning to go down the steps and could very well got hurt. Especially given from the parking lot only had max of 15 overnighters no way near capacity. Even on outside light said Vacancy for any other weary traveller. Just needs a bit updating and cleanliness and I would think it be a great hotel.

Considering hie old the building is, the room was clean and smelled good. The person who checked me whom I assume was the owner was very pleasant and helpful and accommodating. And was even nice enough to let me check out his smartwatch as it was kind of unique and I'm a watch guy. No issues throughout the night. As a whole and for the price you can't go wrong

The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with a nice shower. The staff was friendly and on point. Located right down the block from the heart of Medford. My only quibble is that there was no soap in the shower, but I had my own.

Disgusting never recommend code enforcement should be involved the walls dirty as hell towels smelled like old stinky feet and looked dirty literally had to get cleaning supplies to clean bathroom and floor before we used it and wouldn’t dare use there blankets completely disappointed for paying the price I paid to stay there
