The hotel and restaurant staff were amazing. If you book please book a room on the second floor. Rooms by the pool have a moldy smell. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would book again.

service was average, location wasn't great, the room was ok. The hotel restaurant was bad! they had 4 beers on the menu, but only had 1 in stock. The food was okay, but that was it, just okay. We asked for 2 different desserts, both of which were also not available and the one we had (creme brulee) was terrible. We checked out the next day. the staff were trying their best, but they haven't received ample training. The hotel is noisy, not in a great location. Do not recommend.

This hotel had everything i needed. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend having a simple flyer at the front desk or in the rooms explaining Gojek and maybe some nearby attractions.

I highly recommend staying here. Great location, clean, great staff and the most comfortable beds in the world. Excellent stay.

Very nice and helpful staff, warm and welcoming atmosphere. This is a small but well decorated hotel, we enjoyed our stay there because of its good location and management. The only downsides were that there was no bar/restaurant possibility other than the breakfast (which was good) and the mattresses were very hard. Appart from that it was a very pleasant stay and I recommend it for the price/quality ratio
