Está alejado del centro, pero con el tranvía directo enfrente del hotel

I really didn’t feel welcome. When I simply asked the receptionist if there was room service, she raised her voice at me and explained that no I had to make a reservation at a he restaurant and then take a tray of food up to my room myself. She sounded disgruntled with me. The food was bland and the service at the restaurant was rude. I ordered an Indian style curry and there wasn’t enough rice for the curry. I ordered onion rings and a sticky toffee pudding after that. And asked to bring the onion rings to my room with two sauces. And eat the dessert at the restaurant. They brought both to me in to go boxes. Anyway, I am somewhat bitter about this stay. Because it was an unwelcoming stay.

Great location by tram and train station. Check-in didnt work for automated machines when postal code is not from UK.

Chambre très propre et confortable, chambre grande pour le U-K, personnel affable, bon petit-déjeuner, les allergies alimentaires sont prises au sérieux au restaurant. Points négatifs: pas de coffre-fort à la chambre et l'éclairage extérieur serait à améliorer. L'hôtel se trouve un peu au milieu de nulle part (je le savais), mais si l'extérieur du bâtimement était mieux éclairé, on se sentirait plus en sécurité le soir à la sortie du tram ou du train. Il fait vraiment sombre.
