Good staff, excellent location, clean and comfortable. Hotel provides filtered water and a nice breakfast. Laundry and convenience shops 1 min from the hotel. Restaurants are easily accessed with grab from the hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff. There is no lift and my room was on the third floor and they took my big and heavy bags up to the room. Also helped me with information with my forward destination. Simple basic room but good size and enough having a restful sleep. Warm shower. There is cafe and restaurants nearby, and also a supermarket. For better and bigger supermarkets, just take a grab/Gojek bike or walk (which I did, around 30 minutes).
