今回初めて宿泊しました。 まずチェックインのときに、「満室」などと言われスムーズなチェックインができませんでした。 しばらくやりとりをした結果、チェックインすることはできたのですが、通された部屋が写真とは全く異なる、古びた部屋でした。 なぜかキッチンがあるのですが、シンクについていたはずの水栓は壊れたのか取り外されていました。シャワーブースは写真のようなガラス張りのものではなく、カーテン1枚で仕切るのみ。 アメニティーも、歯ブラシ、髭剃り、スリッパはありませんでした。 バルコニーは鳩の糞だらけ。 あと、これは人によって感じ方は異なるかもしれませんが、大半の宿泊者は中国人の団体旅行客です。 朝食もほとんど中華料理で、ガヤガヤしていて落ち着いて食事できないです。 ホテルの隣にコンビニがあるのですが、私が行ったときは中国人でごった返していて、結局何も買わずに店を出ました。 こんな感じで、褒められるところは全くありません。 今回はタイミングもあったと思いますが、1泊あたり１万円くらい払いましたが、返金してほしいくらいです。

Staff English skills: poor to none. Booked Junior Suite, was given normal room, explained and they changed my room. Booked the same room type, second time after a 1 day break, was given normal room again, explained the issue, but they did not change as they didn't have any Junior Suite vacant. Only Google Translate could effectively make them understand that the situation is not normal and they should find a solution for the following nights. Rooms are spacious, but they are built cheap and you can hear everything all around. Although the room was apparently serviced daily, the trash was sometimes taken every third day. Shower was not draining. The safe in the room was not that safe, as it was not fixed/bolted to anything and you could just take it out. On top of all this, 10-15 buses with loud Chinese tourists were loading and unloading early in the morning and late in the evening. So if you're not part of such a group, I would not recommend to book this hotel.

No English. Horrible location. Unfriendly. No reservation. What more can I say. Why use Expedia when you list a hotel like this?
