The room was spotless, and the service from Mary and Xia was exceptional, they frequently checked in to ensure everything was perfect. With the MRT and bus stops so close, exploring was effortless. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to stay in Chinatown!

Stayed at Heritage Collection on Chinatown! The hotel was cozy and clean! Great experience. Location was also close to attractions and Public Transport stations/stops. The staff was very friendly and accommodated us very well. Supportive staff from day one (way before arriving) until post check out; patiently and enthusiastically entertaining us with our questions and queries. They even checked in on us regularly and provided timely updates. Mary, Dolly, and Xia were fantastic! Very warm, excited, polite, and supportive! They made our stay so much more better! Would surely recommend this place!

This hotel is a great location! There is a staff on site during the day but everything else is virtual. Staff was friendly and very responsive! Location in chinatown is perfect near food, coffee, convenient store, shopping and public transport like subway and bus. Bedroom was clean and the staff did well to explain the process of laundry, humidifier, and how to turn on the hot water tank heater. If your app doesnt work to unlock the doors, the staff can give you a physical key and will work ASAP to trouble shoot the app based on the model of your phone so future customers wont have any issues. It is a bit odd to not have any windows if you are on the lower level but it is because it is a row house and they do great to utilize the space for your needs. The 1 bedroom in suite shower and fridge fit what my friend and I needed while we explored the city! Highly recommend

모바일 체크인 시스템이라는 것이 생소했는데 걱정이 무색하게 전날 왓츠앱을 통해 자세히 알려주셨고(이메일로도 연락이 왔습니다) 스마트폰 하나면 모든게 해결돼서 참 편리했습니다 숙소는 위치가 너무 좋았고 옆에 작은 편의점도 있어서 필요한 걸 구입하기 좋습니다 저는 창문이 없는 방을 택해서 조금 눅눅했지만 에어컨 제습 모드로 틀면 해결될 것 같습니다 그 외 청소 상태나 침구류 상태도 좋았습니다 스태프들도 친절하고 일을 참 잘한다는 느낌을 받았습니다 싱가포르에서 이만한 가성비의 숙소를 찾기 쉽지 않은데 참 좋았습니다 추천합니다 Great stay!
