Overall Rating: 6.5/10 My stay at this hotel was below expectations considering its overall rating above 8, which I find misleading. Luggage Assistance: No help was provided with bags upon arrival or departure. Noise & Insulation: The rooms have very poor sound insulation, and noise from outside and neighboring rooms was disturbing. Air Conditioning: There is no proper air conditioning system. Instead, a swamp cooler is used, which is insufficient and does not cool even a quarter of the room space. Elevator: Only one elevator is available, and it is very slow, making it inconvenient during peak times. Breakfast: The breakfast options are very limited and do not meet the expectations set by the hotel’s advertised rating. 📌 In summary, this hotel does not justify its high online score. While it may meet the needs of some travelers, my personal experience was disappointing, and I would not rate it higher than 6.5/10.
