If you're staying in Coral Gables, you can't beat this property! With Publix across the street and Miracle Mile a block away, the apartment is an absolute gem! Being able to park my car for free in the building garage was icing on the cake! There were some problems with the apartment: water slow at getting hot, insufficient lighting; but the location made staying there worthwhile.

The stay here was exceptional from staff and check in to cleanliness of our condo. Unit was exactly as pictured and pool view was fantastic from room up on balcony. Even better while down in it, super clean. Entire stay was problem free really happy would recommend a stay with no worries and will definitely book again for my family in the future.

Apt was not cleaned properly. Surfaces overall were not clean, bathroom sink had hairs from previous guest. Made me wonder if the sheets were clean. Continuous loud beeping noise coming from smoke detector was never fixed during our three day stay. We did attempt to communicate to staff but staff at the front desk said they were not associated with Novo.

Even though we rented for 4 people when we got there it was a studio for 2 people. We called and asked to be changed and they changed us to another apartment in the same building. The property was beautifully decorated and at a great location, unfortunately, it was not clean and seemed not to be cleaned for quite some time. Pillows had no pillow covers and even though we rented for a party of 4 there were sheets only for a bed for 2 people. The first night we had to sleep 3 in a bed of 2 and share the only sheets with the other bed. There was a leakage under the kitchen's sink, kitchen utensils were incomplete and dirty, and the shower's glass doors are not properly sealed and leaked a lot when showering. The floor felt sticky, liked in hasn't been moped in ages.
