Lady at check in was not friendly at all. Seemed bothered about us checking in. One room had bugs and a hole in floor, other room was very dirty..walls, mirror, shower, and microwave.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. U could tell the room just had a quick wipe down - the stained, white bedding gave me anxiety lol. Appliance wise, I don’t mind old things w wear and tear but I couldn’t bring myself to touch the fridge or microwave after I saw a dead bug on the counter. Also, I had 3rd floor and the window was left wide open (female by myself) but after I closed it and double checked my room, I felt secured in my stay. - so grateful I didn’t have my kids w me and one ran straight to it to open the blinds only to find the window was wide open! Not knocking them, they were sweet people but U do get what u pay for :)

I reserved an accessible room. I am in a wheelchair. Was not able to get in the bed. Room paint was chipped and an baseboards not attached. Very difficult to get around room.

Heat didn’t work in room and the room key didn’t work the first 2 times I tired instead of trying to re-key the card she swapped rooms the room I ended up in had no heat. I was exhausted from a 12 Hour Drive. so I didn’t even bother going back down.
