It was an amazing stay at Arcus, the staff was super kind and helpful, the room super nice and we stayed in the suite with Jacuzzi which we enjoyed a lot. The breakfast was also very delicious. Thank you so much for the kindness and great experience.

After we checked into this hotel, we also had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. It’s still a bit cold in February, but the room was very warm. This is a family-run business, and everyone is very friendly and speaks fluent English. If you want to book local activities, including hot air balloons, you can also contact them for help with reservations. I discovered this place through the Chinese social media platform Xiaohongshu, where I saw a recommendation. There was only one post mentioning this hotel, but that post said they found it on Booking; although there weren’t many reviews at the time, the French guests had given positive feedback. After choosing this hotel, they found it very convenient and that it helped them solve many problems.The hotel is in Göreme and very close to the town center, making it easy to get around. No matter which hot air balloon company you choose, pickup and drop-off are available.
