So I turned in my bath towels early in the morning and was told by Alex an Indian that housekeeping would bring me new towels that same day. I get back in at 12am and there's literally no towels replaced at all and then as I go back to the office to tally to Alex about this Matter he says "I can't get into the room with the laundry" and then checkout is at 11am instead of a late checkout like other hotels do at 1 2pm for Alex said "in Fridays we do 11am checkout because we're full and housekeeping has to clean the roomsand im lining at Asked like "What type of Foolery, Nonsense, and Stupidity are you Indians choosing to function in forreal??? Like what does the Housekeepingjob had to do with giving your Guests their late checkout ESPECIALLYwhen I am a Choice Hotels Member do with anything???? NOTHING,Smh..... Then as I go to checkout here over half of Rooms that are NOT even Full so that means that Alex choose to tell a LIE to Me the night before because he chooses to say what his Elder Indian relatives tell Him to say like a Fool. Like WHY would you choose to be Stupid and tell a bold face LIE knowing when I leave out I'm going to SEE alllllll of these empty rooms that's more than likely BEEN EMPTY since last night so I actually could've done a Late Checkout at 12pm instead. Like it's already giving "depressing, No Fun or Joy, or Love" atmosphere HERE and NONE of the Staff is at Peace HERE. Like, where's the justice when you do your Guests wrong at???? Geesh,Smh
