modern building with a superb young staff. Will stay there again.

First room was smelling badly of mould. The same did the second room. Then the were nice to upgrade us to the of side of the hotel, with sea view. Bedding was worn out with a lot of holes in it, the same for the towels.. The technicians needed 13 min to fix the spa on the balcony. No pool towels available at the pool. They came after an other. 6.40 in the morning drummers started to play at the pool for an event. Will never go back

Firstly, when we conducted check-in, they tried to get cash from us, even though we have already paid the all of accommodation fee, through Hotel.com. It seemed that they intentionally tried to receive the money as their personal tip, and when they recognized they failed (I explained that *I have already paid through Hotel.com*), they just said *Sorry*. I think they had some success experiences that they could duplicated accommodation fee, by this trial. I was unpleasant from the beginning. Secondly, A restaurant manager strongly recommend us to choose the buffet, even though we denied many times, due to our queries. He just prioritized his profit and he never respect us. Finally he gave up to change our mind, but he never show professional attitude and just showed childish attitude (after that he just ignored us totally). We were strongly uncomfortable in the restaurant. From those reason, I don’t recommend this hotel and restaurant to anyone at all.

I spent 3 nights here as it was the joining hotel for a group tour. My first room was on the edge of a mosquito ridden swamp and at dusk the mozzies were coming in under the door. My tv had a volume set at 59. I was moved to another room. Next room had a cracked shower head and water sprayed everywhere at high pressure another English guest had told me about her shower experience and had been shifted to another room. This was fixed after "discussion" with the plumber he got soaked when I turned on the shower . On the third night my room share lady arrived from England and the aircon stopped working she was moved to another room at 9pm. I'd had enough moving and chose to stay put. Considering I'd paid around $140 a night not including breakfast it's the worst place I've ever stayed. The location is good apart from the mosquitos no screens on the doors or mosquito nets on beds. The staff were very helpful and responded to the issues however I wasn't offered a free meal for all the inconvenience . By comparison my first hotel at under $100 a night was very pleasant and comfortable.

No refrigerator in room this is a biggie for travellers like us in the tropics . Only two skinny towels gym closed rooms ok but not flash at all
