Room was great, staff was great. The only issue we had was that the WiFi login information in the guest book was incorrect. We tried calling the front desk multiple times over a 90 minute period, and did not get an answer. Finally on about the 5th try, we got someone to answer who gave us the correct login info. If this one thing had been fixed, it would have been a perfect stay. Everything else was great. Breakfast was delicious! Thank you!

Dirty room: unchanged dirty sheets, no blanket, disgusting toilet/bathroom, and used wine glasses. There was zero housekeeping done prior to our stay and during. Breakfast was late, cold, and missing promised items. The bath had a plumbing problem and constantly leaked. Inaccurate stay information in the room. Had to call 3 different numbers before getting the right person and the WiFi information. We had to clean the tub and make our own bed ourselves. This stay was a complete joke and not remotely what was promised or worth the cost. The front desk staff were nice, but the stay was a complete disappointment. Do not recommend.

It was a wonderful experience the only thing I would say they can improve in is there beds it was a bit uncomfortable but overall super clean and fun

The accommodations were fine; the management leaving the young lady by herself to deal with check in and all the issues during our stay was uncalled for. She should have had additional help. She did a fantastic job under the circumstances. The fire place was non functional, the direct TV issue consumed too much of the young ladies time to fix and the breakfast was a bit cold.
