Great location from downtown and shops and restaurants. Clean and spacious rooms.

Courteous staff

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was not exactly friendly, but did their jobs well. We booked for cruise parking thinking we could walk to port. It's possible to do so, but not easily - due to construction going on at port and streets leading to it. Shuttle to the port was easy to catch, well timed and quick. Return trip wasn't as easy - 3 pick-up times and a possible trip of 45 min. before getting to the car. They advised we send one person to walk to the car and pick the rest of us up, which is what we did. Most of this isn't the fault of the hotel - it's due to the construction.

Right next to the Cruise dock - convenient to everything! Lots of restaurants and shopping.

Based on other reviews, I expected a little more, but overall, it was a decent place to stay overnight.
