The room was beautiful, the upkeep pristine, access to natural lighting was good, private accommodation (unlike many of the rooms from other hotels). The only thing I found a little odd was that the staff comes to clean the jacuzzi twice a day, morning and evening, which made it difficult to enjoy it without being interrupted. Eveything else was amazing and I have already recommended this particular room for friends visiting Santorini in the future!

***This is their THIRD bad review of 7. This review is for the lower level unit. This is no doubt a great location BUT it's not worth it. 1) Hot tub never worked. When we arrived she said she was calling someone to work on it. I asked three days in a row to be gas lit at the end with "OH we had a misunderstanding". How is a broken hot tub a misunderstanding? I asked three days in a row and instructions we're never given. It turns out you have to call to get someone to turn it on. You can not turn it on. There are no instructions in the unit outlining this. 2) The bathroom shower floods. It was a mess! I had to ask for extra towels to stop the flooding. Sadly I can not post my video or pics of this. 3) No luggage storage after check out but since I was upset she made an exception for a few hours. Sorry, that does not make up for the rest. 4) The people next door were so loud the first night. 5) The people next door left a mess in our area. All of my concerns we met with oh yes, I'll take care of everything. However, in the end, nothing really happened. Again, great view, great location but they need to fix their stuff.

Gala Suites was pretty disappointing. There is no housekeeping at this hotel or daily housekeeping so I’m not sure as to why that is listed. They do not clean your room and only brought clean towels after I said something about it to the host. After that experience I’m not sure if I trust whether or not they really clean the sheets between each guest or clean the room. The hot tub looked a little dirty so we did not use it during our stay. The host is somewhat sketchy as well. The only thing that I would say was really great is that she can schedule taxis for you that are 35 euro to and from the port which seemed reasonable. The location is really great as well. I don’t think I will be staying here again due to the cleanliness issues. In addition if you get the senior suite the wifi does not work inside the suite it will work outside on the deck which was kind of disappointing.

Magnifique suite avec son jacuzzi à débordement sur la caldeira. Idéalement placé avec une très belle vue sur toute la caldeira, juste entre les deux églises à dôme bleues, au cœur de la carte postale de Santorin.

Séjour magique et paradisiaque cette suite est situé idéalement surplombe la mer c’est d’une beauté incroyable ce petit jacuzzi sur la terrasse permet d’admirer le levée et le coucher du soleil d’une façon incroyable la suite est situé parfaitement dans le village pour accéder aux restaurants et à toutes autres activités à recommander vivement propreté parfaite et accueil au top
