Firstly the room was fine ,clean with a comfortable bed ,the area was pleasant a large tesco a few min walk away buses into the city centre and a few takeaways locally ,unfortunately regarding the house the rooms needed soundproofing the floors and walls staitcases and the doors all were squeaky and noisy and it was difficult to sleep it would have been helpful if the owners informed us of the upcoming storms so we could have planned ahead,it would also been helpful if there was clearer information to know where to leave the buses to reach the accommodation, or people travelling from the airports what transportation there is,bathroom is in need of updating

There was mould covering the bathroom. A hole in the bathroom floor covered by a mat and a strange, large mirror propped up opposite the shower head. The lights were hanging by bare cable in both the bedroom and the bathroom. Dirty towels left on the back of my bedroom door. The house smelled musty and looked dirty. The same for the bedroom. There was a notice to say the kitchen couldn't be used for cooking. Finally one of the owners/managers asked me to move my car because another guest wanted it. only stayed one night out of 4 booked.
