Staff were very nice. Bath handle fell off when attempting to turn shower on. I put it back on each time. Bed linens were scratchy, overall room needed fresh pant, looked old and in places like bath door, paint was chipped and very worn.

Everything was OK; except that the hotel charges $24 per day for parking. I wish that detail was disclosed before booking. I find this to be very inconvenient; I would have preferred to stay at a property where I could be in and out with ease and not have to use a key card to leave the parking lot and of course; I did not appreciate the hidden $24 per day parking fee.

I stayed for one night. Room had a weird smell that it seemed they just sprayed air freshener over. The tub wasnt clean and the hot water had no pressure so only the cold water worked. I stayed in suite 1130. Then I was charged a smoking fee of $290 for something I did not do. I do not smoke. So they probably charged me for something the person before me did. Unacceptable. I called to complain and let them know I was unfairly charged, just to be given the run around by the staff.

There was too much noise from other guests, which made it hard to rest. The room was spacious with a nice office setup. As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I requested a complimentary room upgrade, but it wasn’t honored even though there were plenty of rooms available.
