HOTEL EUROASIA

I am unable to really sleep properly, there are tiny cockroaches roaming inside the room. There are even dead ones inside the ref. When we complained to the staff, they said "because the room is seldom used" and I argued that they should prepare the room before somebody checks in. Very terrible. There are also candy wrappers below the bed and a hotel slipper was left inside the bathroom.

This was the worst hotel experience we’ve had. We raised concerns about the cleanliness of our room, but the front office staff responded rudely and failed to address the situation professionally. The room was poorly maintained, especially the bathroom, which was unclean. We also encountered cockroaches during our stay, which is completely unacceptable. We strongly urge management to improve both housekeeping standards and customer service.
