General manager and front desk ladies were excellent. Room was comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was impressively stocked, with full size dishwasher. Little to no freeway noise despite location.

The room wasn’t clean, furniture stained. Staff was not welcoming or accommodating.

No the room wasn’t fully clean. Once we arrived I noticed dog hair on the couch from the previous people who stayed in the hotel, I found an old sock hidden behind the sink on the last shelving, the light wouldn’t want to turn on and be delayed to turn on as one went into the bathroom. The sliding door for the bathroom to shower didn’t want to stay closed and would roll and open on its own, so showering wasn’t comfortable. I had better experiences from all my other stays but this one wasn’t the best.

As alaways I have booked thru Hotels.com every time we travel. I paid the $300.00 upfront for our Christmas stay. We travel to California a couple of times a year. This Christmas I came down sick with the flu. I called Hotels,.com to cancel. They called the property and told me the person for the cancellation would be in office Monday. That would contact them again on Monday but my Hotels.com record would reflect my calling to cancel days earlier. Monday recd email the hotel would keep my entire amount. NEVER WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
