This was one of the worst stays we’ve ever had. The listing was completely misleading. We booked the property for six nights believing we were renting a full house, based on the photos and description provided. However, upon arrival, we were shocked to discover that we had been placed in a basement unit, which was never disclosed prior to booking. This was not just inconvenient — it was a serious issue. My mother has a leg injury and cannot safely use stairs, and there was no mention in the listing that the unit was only accessible by stairs. We immediately contacted the host and requested a refund so we could find a more suitable accommodation, but he ignored all of our messages and did not respond to Expedia’s attempts to reach him either. On top of that, the laundry room is shared between the basement unit and the upstairs guests, which was also not disclosed in the listing. Because of this, we unknowingly left the laundry area unlocked, thinking it was part of our private space — only to find other guests coming in and out. We booked for six people, and the space was far too small to accommodate us comfortably. The rooms were cramped, there were no extra blankets, and because the host was unresponsive, we had no way to request additional items. This host was dishonest, unprofessional, and completely unresponsive. The property was falsely advertised, and our experience was frustrating and stressful. I do not recommend this place to anyone — we will never return. Again
