Cet hébergement n’est pas un hôtel. Il n’y a pas de réception 24/7 contrairement à ce que dit l’annonce. C’est une résidence étudiante où l’on loue des chambres (Chelsea House). On m’a appelé le jour même pour planifier mon arrivée. Arrivée très chaotique avec des consignes au téléphone malgré que j’avais spécifiée mon heure d’arrivée et m’attendais à ce que quelqu’un soit présent pour mon arrivée. Très peu de détails sur l’arrivée avant la journée même malgré mes questions. Très mal insonorisé, il y avait un party la première nuit dans la résidence. Outre l’annonce un peu mensongère; c’était propre et fonctionnel. Quantité de vaisselle adéquate. Très bon prix pour le centre ville de Montréal et le nombre de chambres.

This is not a 4 stars hotel, is a building of students accommodation. There was nobody on the building for the check in, and after a 7 hours flight we had to call several times to the property number and wait after for half an hour for someone to bring the key. The person on the phone was very rude. We were 5 people on a 3 bed apartment and they gave us only 1 key fob. The apartment was ok for a short stay, is a bit dark. Not really clean, we found hairs on one of the beds which was very unpleasant. The iron board was there but never found the iron, and either a hair dryer. I wouldn’t stay at this place again.

This property is not a 4-star hotel by any standard! The check-in process was incredibly confusing, with no one available to assist. I had to contact a representative multiple times to figure out where to go and find the key, which turned out to be on a table in the gym with my name on it. Check-out was equally problematic, as I never received clear instructions on where to leave the key/fob, so I just left it where I found it. The property itself is an old residential building with many units. Although our 3-bedroom unit was clean, it did not feel like a 4-star accommodation. We received only one key/fob for the unit and did not get any additional ones despite asking. While there was a coffee machine and a water boiler, there was no coffee or tea provided, not a big deal, just annoying to find out in the morning. Additionally, there were only two coffee mugs and two water glasses, which is insufficient for a 3-bedroom unit. The location of the property was good, walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. Overall, I do not recommend this property. For the same rate, you can find much better accommodations in Montreal.

Everything was good, other than a couple outlets not working, didn’t affect our stay though, would be nice if there was more local parking. Thanks

we paid for our room in full 45 days before arrival. we land in Montreal and head to the apartment. Get there and after contacting the manager, we were told our reservation was cancelled and the could not accommodate us. 6 adults with nowhere to go at 11:00 pm. No reason for cancelling or even notifying us or giving a refund. DO NOT BOOK here they are not to be trusted. Hotels.com did not find us another place until 3:30 am but it only accommodated 4, so I had to book another room elsewhere for the other 2 adults at my own expense. Sure ruined the family holiday being seperated.
