Budget hotel so don't expect 5 star service. Good for breakfast is average. Location is a plus factor

Value for money and close to harbour bay ferry terminal.

Actually I was looking for an hotel in Singapur. Ebookers proposed me this hotel. After about 20 hours way - big surprise, the hotel is on island "Batam" in Indonesia, means I had to take ferry and go there for abunt additional 1 hour, but first to spend a night at ferry harbor... The hotel itself is ok for 3 stars. Beside the relativ bad built quality inside the room, bathroom had marble and hotel specific room design. The room was clean and was cleaned daily incl. towls and sheets. Hotel stuff made mistake, they were looking for my reservation and couldnt find it. So I had to pay for my stay. After investigations in internet I found out that my stay was already paid by ebookers. The hotel stuff started discussion that they have no contract with ebookers. After discussion and my earlier check out they found out that ebookrs is working together with expedia and reservation was done and paid by expedia. Finally they asked me to stay another night and spend me breakfast which was not included in my reservation. Breakfast I do not recommend.to book.
