Overall nice experience. Staff is good, room is good as well. Best option to stay in Vrindavan.

Staff did not clean bathroom and room properly. Toilet had remnants of poop

"Disappointing stay at Radisson Vrindavan! Despite a few positives, the overall service was severely lacking. Security guards were diligent, and Mukesh in the restaurant was exceptional. However, check-in was underwhelming, with no welcome greeting or drink. Disposable kits didn't match the number of guests. Dining experience was frustrating, with slow service, lukewarm food, and staff serving what they wanted, not what we preferred. Room service was slow, Wi-Fi was poor, and smart TVs couldn't access popular streaming apps. For a hotel of this reputation, the standards were disappointingly low. Hope management takes note and improves."

The hotel has no amenities or basic courtesy that a small baby could get doughnut packed. It is chargeable unlike any other hotel that packs it complementary. Plus no wallet facility.
