I could not check in until 4 PM. Arrived at hotel at 2:45 PM, and was told that I could check-in until at least 4PM. It was hot outside (92 degrees) and I had a same dog/ Had o wait! the hotel would only take cash for rooms. Lobby was dingy, nothing like the picture online. The room was updated and was good for the price.

I asked for a non smoking room when I booked, the room smells like an ashtray. Their were ashtrays everywhere. I have asthma and I asked to change rooms 2 times and they denied our request. I showed them the ashtray and told them I have asthma they completely shut me down and made excuses. They had plenty of rooms available. All they said was because I booked through Expedia I had no rights to complain basically.

Upon arriving, drove around the motel and saw some sketchy people coming and going. Went in and asked the person if it was safe or should we go to a different motel. He told me that it was okay but don't wander at night. The room was very warm with a dank smell but overall inspection showed very clean. It was just battered. The air didn't work properly but once we reported it, it was replaced very quickly. The water was strong and stayed hot. The room was cleaned and towels, ect. replaced daily. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The biggest issue was the characters that came and went at night and not feeling completely safe at night.

I didn't like that I requested a King bed and got 2 full size
