TV and internet not working. Floors and carpet soiled and unsanitary.

The staff are great. Housekeeprs do great with what they have . BUT.... We had to call regurlay to have hot water heaters tuened on for showers. No wash clothes. Had to change rooms due to TV not working no wifi pool was locked due to door being broken no patio area for smokers so most stood in walkways by door . breakfast was cold cearl and little debbie snack cakes. For the price its torlaable . but the mangers fail to provide basic anamities. I understand they are in process of the remodle but i never got the room i paid for ...

What a dump!! Electronic door code 1234. Very junky, dirty, unkept. I did not stay the night. Phone number did not work to call the hotel. No one on property!! Avoid this place at all cost!!!

I never even stayed at the property, when I arrived to check in the front desk man told me he only had one room available but it didn’t have any A/C. It’s summer! Way too hot to stay with o A/C! It’s also illegal to charge someone for a room with no air conditioner in Arizona! When I told him I couldn’t stay in that room because we needed A/C he proceeded to tell me I needed to cancel online with the company I paid the room for. Oyo is refusing to give me a refund and I didn’t ever stay!
