Pros: clean beautiful connecting family room. Spacious. Towels and bedding smells good. Nearby to cable car station and all attractions. Try their salt coffee and rose lychee tea. Really good. Breakfast is at another place but choices are really good. Only food is included. Drinks are to pay separately. Staffs can speak in English basic so it was very helpful. Walking distance to convenience store too. Smart TV so we were enjoying our Netflix channel. Cons: Although bathtub and kettle is cleaned, but it was wet when we first use it. It should be dry for next people who stays in the room. Overall, worth the penny!

A good place for a couple, very close by, Honu Thom Cabel car station.

Serving only Local Breakfast. Not good for Indian families but property, location and staff is good. Overall good experience.

1. Can not checkin ontime 2. Restroom facilities : rusty 3. Cups (coffee) : DIRTY due to rush clean up the room - of previous customers 4. Fl 3rd… I booked 2 rooms and we got 1 room first (later than 2:15-2:30pm~) while waiting another room to be cleaned up! After they finished… NOONE told us… And we again reached them by ourselves to ask for the 2nd room. And the mid-age female staff (or owner!?) sat at the big table at the dinning space or living room (?) was talking so loudly with someone via facetime / video call & did feed up or had lunch / snack for - or with a girl ??? 5. Breakfast is not at Hotel but another place. It’s still OK cause they arranged buggy car to bring you there & back. BUT only food (noodle / one main dish) is free… you HAD TO PAY FOR DRINKS (tea or coffee???) 6. Buggy car arranged by HOTEL was the MOST UNACCEPTABLE. Driver came late and he just dropped us in 4/6 the locations in the shooting list. No support at all (like other drivers of this kind of service - 1H drive to 6 best spots for shooting!). In stead of moving to the far locations … he went to the close ones only around the hotel - and that one is less than 100mts cross the road in front of the hotel. Then he asked us MORE money to complete the remaining 2 shooting site!? It really affected to our travelling experience this time. It not matter about how much he asked more but it damaged our plan cause such a BAD outsourcing service. Even the hotel staff wanted to give us the fee (of course we refused) but money is not the matter.
