Great location, view of the bay, lovely homestyle breakfast, very helpful staff, room spotless.

The host was lovely and our room was exactly as indicated. We really enjoyed our two night stay here.

The room was very spacious, clean and had a homey elegance to it. The. Very good layout of the rooms with the nice interior decor. The two people who welcomed us were very helpful and kind! Only thing was the water pressure was very low, on the second floor and we ended up not taking a shower. Other than that, excellent view, right across the harbor and in a quiet neighborhood. Will definitely recommend!

Lovely property but problems with communication and check in.it is small - the owners do no live there we arrived to find an empty house but no instructions or advice as what actions we needed to take to check in. Messages on the app not responded and no reply from the What’s App number. The property was open so we sat around for over 1 hour not knowing what to do! Eventually Tràng did show up and said she had been trying to message me but my number did not work - no other property we have had any problems. She said their What’s App number wasn’t used any more (even though it was still shown on the app and at the front door) Some instructions for guests about what to do when they arrive would be useful and having the right phone number is an essential requirement! We were initially shown a room where the main view was to a wall so had to insist on having the room with a “panoramic view” that we had booked. This room was lovely but the bathroom was across the hallway - did not mater to us as we were the only guests. The room was large and bright and very comfy bed. There were cups and glasses but no kettle only a flask - but no instructions on where to get boiling water. A time was arranged for breakfast and the breakfast the next day was fine. However we assumed that the breakfast would be at the same time the next day - but noone turned up to prepare it. Communication must be improved and the kitchen looked like it needed a clean!!

we had a very lovely room with view of the harbor for boats heading out of Lan Ha Bay, it had a nice attached bathroom. We were looking for a peaceful place to read books and do some walking. I would recommend booking the second floor harborview room
