The room itsself was exceptional. Everything was spotless and the beds are very comfortable. However, it was extremely noisy!! The arcade on the 4th floor kept kids running up and down the halls. I thought it strange that housekeeping will not bring towels to your room when requested, instead you must take them downstairs for an exchange. I found that to be an inconvenience as I didnt enjoy going downstairs looking a mess for towels. When staying 3 nights for a volleyball tournament, obviously we needed more than 2 towels. Staff were very curteous and prompt. Laundry facilities are top notch. The indoor pool was extremely cold, so cold that we could not swim.

Staff was friendly. Check-in was easy. The room was spotless.

Staff was great, bed was amazing, but had to leave a cup over the kitchen sink drain due to roaches.

We enjoyed the cleanliness of the room, the Christmas decorations, and the location.

Reservation was canceled by hotel because I did not have a credit card to by the 10.00. I was also informed that it was up to me to get my money back from a third party booking site. Hmmm I went through orbizt and with no notice my reservation was made through a third party booking. It was a inconvenience mess
