They had roaches & the furniture was dirty and they have people living there & prostitution and fights the whole stay was a nightmare and I need a follow up from upper management and I’m reporting this hotel to better business bureau

Upon arriving at this hotel, we encountered several suspicious individuals in the parking lot, including masked individuals. Upon getting out of the car, the first thing you notice is the smell of urine and marijuana. Upon entering the front desk area, you notice a place that isn't in the best condition, and you sense an unsafe environment. Upon arriving, the room was dirty, with cockroaches, and there was constant shouting in the parking lot. I am definitely very disappointed with this hotel; I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The hotel was not in good condition. The room had an attempt to be clean but carpet was sticky and bed linens old and stained. Lots of angry people living in the hotel yelling at each other outside the building. The door to get up the stairs to get to rooms was broken. Lots of problems.
