Location, staff efficiency, cute hotel, friendly town

Room was bare bones. One sheet on each bed, no blankets at all and it was cool at night. Two.towels provided were not in good shape. No toiletries provided. One roll of toilet paper. Could not close windows as branches of tree growing inside through window. Very very steep stairs and we were booked on third floor and one of us was in their seventies. Definitely not for anyone with mobility issues. Didn't even stay overnight and checked ourselves out and took quite a loss as no refund, we were not comfortable staying there. We are very down to earth people and don't expect a lot but we were very disappointed We booked this hotel as it showed a 8.4 rating and for its location.

Staff was excellent, location was excellent, accommodations were very good. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

La habitación estaba muy bien, limpia de buen tamaño el staff amable y gran ubicación cerca de todo.
