AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS. What was supposed to be a relaxing stay turned into 4 nights of frustration, filth, and exhaustion due to incompetence and blatant disregard for guests. Room 1 (Ocean View with Jacuzzi): The toilet barely flushed, the jacuzzi & shower lost hot water within minutes, and the AC stopped working in the middle of the night. Maintenance was dismissive and unhelpful, openly stating that these problems were “normal” and could not be fixed. The most disturbing issue was finding three large cockroaches, including a couple alive on the bed. That made the room completely unacceptable and we demanded a room change. Room 2 (Simple Ocean View): The AC did not work at all, making the room unbearably hot. We were repeatedly told to wait while nothing was resolved for hours. The bathroom had a strong, foul odor. Room 3 (Lagoon View): A major downgrade from what we paid for. The bathroom door wouldn’t close or lock, and the AC leaked water, soaking our belongings. The night was ruined. Staff & Management: The manager were rude and dismissive. The manager’s tone was aggressive and accusatory, and falsely claimed we hadn’t reported issues earlier, even insinuating we were lying. Night staff absolutely contradicted this This hotel suffered from pest infestation, broken amenities, repeated room failures, downgrades, poor hygiene, and disrespectful staff. This was a miserable experience from start to finish, and I would strongly advise travelers to stay elsewhere.

The room looks and feel not clean. There are old stains in the walls, towels ripping, stained curtains, sofa and toilet it’s not about the cleaning staff, it’s a maintenance problem. I was trying constantly to get a massage or something else in the spa, they just kept telling me to go back another time, after the 4 day front desk finally told me that it’s closed for renovations? But it doesn’t seem like it is. The cabanas and pool bed covers were ripped and stained. They are way under staffed. Restaurant food was super mega impressively delicious; the only complaint staff, only 1 waitress that forgets stuff. Months earlier I stayed at Hyatt Turquoise, it was amazing, but also pricey. I wanted to save this time? And I deeply regret it I can only say that some other hotels like Adhara , are very affordable and very clean. My recommendation, either get a 5 star all inclusive, or a clean modest one. I tried something on the middle, and it was a disaster,
