I wanted to take my daughter on a quick little trip across the state to visit St Augustine on a mini vacay. I chose this hotel because they had good rates and the location wasn't too far from where we were going to see some of the attractions. Overall it was a pretty pleasant stay. It wasn't the nicest place I have ever stayed, but it worked for what we wanted. The room was fairly clean, but the bathroom was a bit gross. Specifically, the bathtub and the shower curtain were stained and dirty. There was rust on almost every piece of metal in the bathroom from the shower head to the shower curtain rod and the towel racks. They could definitely do with a little bit of renovating on the hardware in the rooms. We only got up early enough to catch breakfast on our last day and I was pleasantly surprised. They had scrambled eggs, sausage gravy & biscuits as well as a couple of cereal dispensers and a waffle maker that had a dispenser of two types of batter to make your own waffles. There was a coffee machine, a juice machine with 3 juices and a jug of milk in a mini fridge. It wasn't a bad selection of breakfast items. Overall, it was a pleasant stay but the hotel definitely needs some work to freshen it up a little bit. I would stay there again if I am in the area.

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the noise. We were in room 101 and the people in the next room kept slamming doors and talking very loudly. The TV was very loud, walking in front of my door and yelling. I practically didn't rest at all. But other than that, everything was very good with the hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the breakfast was hot. I would stay there again.

At first I was optimistic about the property, the lobby was clean and there was no deposit required if a debit or credit card is used during check in. The rooms were recently renovated and the were clean for the most part however the floor was filthy and my grandsons knees are hands were dirty after crawling on the floor for five minutes. I could feel sand underneath my feet. The Air conditioner worked, barely but when it was turned down to 70 degrees, the room definitely did not cool off. On the
