Everything was great about my stay. From checking in to checking out! The front desk staff as well as housekeeping were extremely helpful and kind! I look forward to my next visit!

The room was old and in disrepair (peeling paint, stains on chair upholstery, large areas of adhesive left on walls, chunks of wood missing from kitchen peninsula, padded headboard torn and stapled back together, layers of grime on microwave vent, splatter stains on cupboards, etc), the desk chair was broken, the couch was uncomfortable, and the toilet ran continuously. I'm quite disappointed. Hampton Inns are usually good quality. Not this one.

Room was dirty, toilet broken running all night. Couldn’t sleep because of it’s noise Asked to get moved to another room and walked in and this room was even worse Finally after being moved to a third room it had a bunch of dead ladybugs and smelled like roach spray We had no choice but to stay because we came from so far away and on Xmas eve and Xmas I would definitely not recommend this hotel

Breakfast was good, better than most. Towels were not changed each day was told it was every other day as I checked out. Beds were not made daily or trash emptied, was told it’s done every other day, learned this on check out. Front desk staff was really great. GFI in bathroom kept Tripp
