Nice, very close to the station

The hotel is Great, clean and with a complete kitchen, the beds are comfortable and clean the toilet all the time was clean and the access to the stadium from the hotel is the best

very clean room,and shared bathroom was too.could have done with some instructions as to how to operate the tv,after pressing every button on the remote i couldn't turn it on.for me,not the first time.my only criticism of this hotel was that,there was no toilet paper in my toilet,or in the shared bathroom.i have no complaints though,would definately stay again,and staff were happy enough for me to leave my bag for a few hours after checking out so that i could collect it before catching my train later.

This relates to the booking confirmation mentioned in the subject. My complaint to the hotel via hotel.com was in vain. Having suffered a lot has irritated me. That said, time seems bad and must change. I can't imagine how one gets along with rats running around, it's a nightmare and I've even been hurt by one with a rat nail on my hand. I tried calling your support number, but I was unable to get through. I decided to move out for my own safety. I am writing to inform you that no action has been taken on my complaint and I have to stay with adjustments and leave in the middle
