Ideal place to stay for nights in Liverpool, we walked into town and down to the dock, but also got Ubers back costing around £10 so not bad, room was spotless, comfortable and Geoff was available to assist with any questions, would highly recommend. Only issue was the additional fee of £20 although we had been under the impression we had paid in full with hotels.com

Found it unusual to communicate and finalize transactions via Whatsapp and was a bit taken aback about a message stating I still owed even though I had paid in full via Orbitz.. Didn't think too much about it since it was only a 20 pound difference, but it was unusual and the informal way to pay (bank transfer or cash) had me a bit concerned for a minute.. It all worked out but again, unusual arrangement.. Room was comfortable and tidy, a bit small, but for 2 of us was just fine (would be crowded for 3). I liked it had microwave, dishes, tea maker, fan, etc. lots of small appliances for an extended stay. We took Ubers since it didn't seem to be convenient for public transportation.

Nice quiet Airbnb-like hotel (pod). Conveniently located, as it is a 10 minute walk to the downtown area. Very close to The Cavern on Mathew St. Could use more lighting outside the entrance. Bed fairly comfortable. Snack in lobby! Clean and quiet!
