Grand Sunrise Palace Hoi An

This is one of the best hotels I have even been in, and I travel regularly for work. The rooms are glorious and the bathtub has my heart forever. The breakfast buffet is delicious. There was a great variety of local cuisine and western style dishes. The fresh fruit and selection of teas make for a lovely start to the day. The spa was amazing. My partner and I both got massages and they got a manicure pedicure treatment that was glorious and so well done. I have not moved this well in literal years. The real shine here is the staff. Everyone was lovely and gracious, from the front desk staff to the bell hops, to the bar staff at the pool was so lovely and accommodating. They even brought out a cake and sang for my partners birthday! A deep thank you from us to the whole staff, and most especially my gal Ame, who made our stay a truly magical experience. This was our first time in Vietnam, but it will not be our last. I look forward to returning to see these fantastic folks and enjoying all of the amazing local food. Do yourself a favor and book this place. You will not regret it!

My husband and I recently stayed at Grand Sunrise Palace Hoi An, and the experience was superb from start to finish. Luna checked us in with incredible patience and warmth, and she continued to take great care of us throughout our stay, always greeting us with a smile at breakfast and making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide range of options that catered to guests from all over the world also allowing us to explore Vietnamese cuisine. The entire staff was consistently warm and inviting, contributing to a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere. Our room was delightful, and we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a round bed. It took a little time to get used to, but we eventually grew to appreciate it and found it comfortable and unique. Overall, a wonderful stay with attentive service and thoughtful touches. We highly recommend Grand Sunrise Palace Hoi An for couples and travelers seeking a relaxing, well-appointed retreat with genuinely caring staff.

The frontdesk Luna is a very sweet and friendly girl. Hotel is clean and food is delicious. I definitely will recommend this hotel to friends.

Great Hotel, lovely friendly and helpful staff, especially Kaytee who looked after us. Nice location which is a short walk or shuttle bus to the centre. Choice of 2 nice pools and a rooftop bar for an afternoon drink to cool down. When I come back to Hoi An I will be staying here again for sure.
