NVT 주택 - 빈홈스 메트로폴리스 아파트

Finally we could not check in this hotel as very complicated that system. We were wearing about two hours at the business center reception. They demanded our personal information by Line before check in and then we submitted but they don't reply nothing after done it. Finally we could not stay this accomodations. This was the worst that I have experienced with Expedia.

Took many calls and messages to finally reached owner. He refused to give us such information stating we didn’t reach out 48 hours in advance, even though they sent us an email a few days before stating check in info will be send out the day off. Had to call Expedia to get it resolve to find out owner had marked us no show. Took them a few days to get our refund, meanwhile we had to rebooked a different room upon landing. It was definitely inconvenient and disruptive to our trip. Stay away!!!

Our flight arrived ar Noibai airport at 11:00pm. Paper work and call taxi to get to NVT housing at 11:45pm. When we arrived and realized no one knows NVT at this condo building and we have no idea to contact to the NVT owner. After alot of askings and we finally got the owner phone. We called and happy then he said it is too lale to checkin and we have to wait tomorrow. I was very upset and no way to contact Experdia at this moment for help. Finally we ask the taxi to look for our family any hotel nearby to sleep over for a night. It was hard since they all booked. But still lucky we found one nearby 3 blocks away and this hotel was terible. The owner of NVT HOuSING offered a taxi to take us back to hos NVT HOUSING the next day. The ower refuse to refund me one day but it is ok. My experience for booking this type of housing is a mistake between Experdia and the Owner due to the condo has no idea that the NVT HOUSING hotel unit for rent. Also expedia has no support (virtual agent AI get lost and waiting for the real agent takes time and they have to find the guy to put the unit for rent). There is no international hot line support and if I don't have internet then I will be lost. Expedia should correct this type of business to beter understanding the local business here. The Agency has no office here. I learned and have the same issue for my next checkin my "Vinhomes Riverside Luxury Condo" in Hochiminh city. This time with the help of Experdia it was OK.
