Room was filthy. I am curious to when the last time the floor was vacuumed. Comforter was stained. Shelf under the bathroom sink was so dusty that you could write in the dust. Furniture was dirty and stained. Service was terrible. Our room had a pullout couch. It was an argument and a struggle to get the bedding for it. Took three tries. Counter person always had an excuse. Breakfast was fine.

Honestly wasn’t bad had a clean room. The pillows honestly sucked it was like sleeping on two leaves honestly the sweaters a packed were better pillows. But the customer service was good front desk friendly. It was easy and smooth checking and check out process. Had a pleasant stay.

I had an emergency Saturday morning with my wife, so I checked out and was told that I would receive a call regarding my credit for Saturday but I never heard anything and no one answered my calls! Poor communication and dishonesty from staff member!
