The fact there are no staff at all makes the phone customer service even more important but they did not keep their word and in fact thought it amusing that I may have to call them at midnight because my code was not working as promised. The area on a weekend can also be loud with party goers. I did not like it alas but there are plenty of shops and places to eat and the place looks good on the surface. What was bad was the room was not serviced and it was too cold.

The room greeted me with a cracked mirror. The company sells this as an apartment hotel or leads you to believe that. But, it had ZERO refridgerator. I needed that because I had to do some work in a neighborhood in the next town totally cutoff from restaurants. So this was a big problem. Also, the interior had a depressing vibe. The TV also did not work. I think it was there to leave an impression of a TV. THERE WAS NOT SUFFICIENT SHELF SPACE in the bathroom. Another weird move by the architect who obviously did not know what he or she was doing. Probably does not understand user needs in a hotel. A lack of research to save money and build profits. The person-less lounges were depressing, particularly when music played and left a robot-life feeling. If I were a robot, it might have worked.
