En terminos generales todo muy bien. La ubicación del hotel es excelente para llegar a varias atracciones turisticas... la habitación estaba limpia y ordenada. El desayuno buffet es aceptable y el personal que labora en el hotel es muy atento, servicial y educado. Sin duda alguna volveria al hotel nuevamente.

Rooms need updating. Overall EXCELLENT experience. The staff was professional, inviting, and attentive. The breakfast crew should all receive gold stars and bonuses…their attention to detail was awesome

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, pues permite que te puedas desplazar fácilmente por la ciudad. El personal es muy amable, en especial el señor Alberto (Beto) y la señora Guadalupe (Lupita), ellos están en el área del desayunador, muy amables y cuidando en todo momento el ambiente.

Peace and some quietness but very expensive even if you go through a discount booking app like for example “Expedia”. I stayed 21 days and I paid as I went swiped my card every time I booked again and the pay in taxes was not how or what Expedia said it was going to be the guest service. Staff was telling me mixup confusing information and I feel like if I paid as I went, why is my bank account in the negative over thousands of dollars when I spent and paid there as I went and I counted my money as I paid that’s why I was so comfortable with booking and swiping my card again because I seen the cash register with the amount on it and then the price all of a sudden changed Though it was more than what Expedia said. They said I was supposed to get my deposit They double took yes both apps the hotel took and Expedia took double and I questioned it and they said that that was supposed to come back. Yet but I’m still in negative in my checking account bummer so I know that I’m not supposed to be in the whole so just be careful I would suggest you pay cash.
