호텔 산 마르코

Everything was fabulous in our stay at San Marcos. Easy booking and we had 5 reservations booked. The front desk staff, so polite and friendly, especially Joe who could speak some English. The rooms were spacious and clean and the breakfast with made to order food.

The pool was refreshing. The hotel staff are helpful and my room was really quaint. Will definitely stay here again.

O quarto precisa de remodelações. O ar condicionado fica bem embaixo da cama e tem um display que à noite, clareia todo o quarto. Não tem instalações muito confortáveis e tem um inútil e perigoso degrau entre o banheiro e o quarto. Fiquei por 3 noites e todo o período o hotel enfrentou falta de água. Tínhamos que ligar na recepção para pedir a abertura da água. Não têm amenities como shampoo. O café da manhã é limitado e com opções não muito atrativas. Uma funcionária do hotel entrou no meu quarto às 7h da manhã para verificar se eu estava com a chave correta, abriu a porta e eu estava de pijama ainda me arrumando... Uma música ambiente pode ser perturbadora depois da meia-noite. Enfim.. não recomendo. Em outra oportunidade, não ficaria neste hotel em Santo Domingo. Deve haver melhores opções. Ainda cobram 20 USD por um check-in antecipado (cheguei ao meio-dia e o checnk-in era às 15h). Não vale a pena. A internet é sofrível.. se precisar para trabalhar, esqueça.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was terrific. They don't provide basic toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, or lotion. If you need an iron, they will provide you with one at the front desk. The hotel has a serious water issue. It will stop running overnight, and sometimes you will need to ask the staff to open the key so you will have access to water in your room.

The room was quaint and cozy. The ceiling fan did wonders to help keep the room at a cool temperature. The reception was very welcoming and kind. Of special note were the sweet croissants for breakfast, I loved them so much that
