My experience was fantastic. The combination of great service, cleanliness, and comfort made my stay truly enjoyable. I would definitely come back again in the future.

The toilet is not clean properly. Please improve the cleanliness.

Room very dirty, floor very sticky and many rubbish under the bed

1) cannot check in thru reception. must thru the host 2) after 6pm, the host responds was slow. you need to be patient if check in after 6pm. mind check in at 1100pm. almost 30 minutes to settle down all the document thru whatsapp. 3) 2 lift only can be access using room keys instead of 3 lift available. 4) room door very hard to open because of the door is not aligned. 5) wifi problem during my check in - allocate in every room and need to wait until tomorrow morning before they come for rectification. 6) room light also problem. only 1 lighting can be switched on.. and same with the wifi, need to wait until tomorrow morning. Overall, very disappointed.

if you book less than rm80 it is ok, if not dont waste time. no wifi, many things broken eg. hair dryer, aircon not cold, shower leaking in desperate need of upgrading. we stay room 712, even the lobby aircon is colder. gym cable machine is still good condition. location is good.
