I paid for the free breakfast which came on a menu card, where you were to select from a very limited selection.1 hot serving or from 2 colds and one beverage. You will be better served not opting to pay the breakfast included price. The room service was poor. There were 3 of us in a room, one adult and 2 children. Room service changed the towels once, on our request and gave us 2 towels for 3 ppl!! I didn't quite understand the bfast offerings when i sought clarification, staff was rude. I would not stay there ever again and would advise friends, family and the internet not to as well

Unfortunately we had significant flight delays and the hotel gave away our room- even though I had called and told the woman who answered the phone that we would be delayed and told her our eta. She asked for the name on the reservation and told me “no problem, we’ll see you then. “ It was super stressful after an extremely long day of travel and delays to land in an extremely busy city and have nowhere to go. Our family of 4- including our kids- spent the night in the airport as a result since it was too late to get a hotel anywhere else and we had to wait around in the airport the whole next morning until we could go to our cruise. It honestly ruined the whole first day of our cruise and even part of the 2nd day because we were so exhausted when we finally got on board that we were all unwell from lack of sleep. On the plus side, the manager was extremely apologetic and had no idea this had happened and did his best to make it right, and we were given a full refund. So that was solid. Hope they look at their policies for this kind of thing going forward and make sure that all employees are in sync.

Terrible ese lugar nada q ver como está en la foto nadie va a la habitación hacer el sevicio no cambian toallas no pone aseo nada muy terrible no ahí parqueos donde parquear están muy llenos siempre y aún así te cobra 11 dólares por noche por tu auto, el servicio es pésimo las habitaciones feas y deterioradas y muy mal olor
